What does this warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser. SAMEBIKE will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts are our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models.

What does this warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance. Warranty does not include shipping and handling costs (which under exceptional circumstances may be waived at the SAMEBIKE’s sole discretion).

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall SAMEBIKE be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. SAMEBIKE is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death.

3. What should I pay attention to while riding a bike?

Good day. Safety first, you should wear a helmet while start riding it and be ware of the local weather, then watch for the hazards on the road, never forget to lock up your bike after a ride.

5.What's the difference between an electric scooter and electric bike?

6.Can I use it in the rain?

SAMEBIKE does use some waterproof materials to prevent daily splashes, but we do not recommend riding in the rain as there is a safety risk.SAMEBIKE's priority is to be able to use our e-bikes safely

7.Can I ride my SAMEBIKE bike in the cold weather?

Riding in colder temperatures can affect the performance of the E-Bike .One key thing is to make sure the E-Bike is always being stored inside.Keeping your rideable in the cold can cause damage to your tires, motor, and battery.

Battery storage time is = 6 months (-20°F to 60°F)

Relative humidity for battery storage = 45% - 75%

The possible storage temperature range for Lithium-Ion batteries is is -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F) but for prolonged storage period -20°C to 25°C (-4°F to 77°F) is recommended and 15°C (59°F) is ideal. Cells should be stored with a partial charge of between 30% and 50% (at least 2 battery indicators). Although the cells can be stored fully discharged the cell voltage should not drop below 2.0 Volts per cell and cells should be topped up to prevent over-discharge. The maximum voltage should not exceed 4.1 Volts.

8. Can your e-bike be folded?

The SAMEBIKE bike is a completely foldable electric bike (patented). The folding process is done in 3 seconds.

9. Can you tell me how much I have to pay for the customs ?

You do not need to pay for the customs because we will pay the taxes.

11. How long after ordering will it take to be shipped?

SAMEBIKE offers free mainland delivery on all SAMEBIKE NO tax.

17.At what PSI level should I inflate my tyres?

We recommend inflating their tyres to 220-240 kPa (31.9-34.8 psi).
